In addition to lessons, our Lincoln Woods kayak school offers kayak and canoe rentals daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day. All rentals include paddle and PFD. Kids and families welcome. See below for pricing and hours.

Join the Eastern Mountain Sports Kayak School at Lincoln Woods State Park for Kayak Instruction and Rentals. This location is perfect for families and larger groups. Lincoln Woods State Park has great facilities such as picnic areas and beach access. Our kayak rentals or instructional programs are sure to be a great addition to any adventure outing. We cater to special events and parties as well!

Nestled between routes 146 and routes 123 , Lincoln Woods State Park is one of Blackstone Valley's great treasures. A short ride from Providence, Pawtucket, and Cumberland, it's a popular getaway for southern New Englanders. Visitors can enjoy swimming at the fresh water beach, trout fishing, playing ball, hiking, biking, jogging, horseback riding, or just relaxing under a shade tree.

Directions

From the North (Boston)
Route 95 south to Route 295 south. 295 south to 146 south. Route 146 south to Twin River Road exit. Get off here and take a LEFT. This road leads directly into the park. Once in the park, follow the kayak school signs around the one- way loop to the Right. You will pass the main parking lot by the beach area and go over a wood bridge by a playing field on the Left. Just past the field take a LEFT and park in the small lot behind the playing field. Walk up the path to the red building with kayak racks facing the beach.

From South (New York, NY)
Route 95 north to Route 146 north to Twin River Road Exit. Follow signs into Lincoln Woods State Park.
